Festival Begins This Thursday, April 7

The Six Points Music Festival 2005 officially kicks off this Thursday, April 7 with the tapping of the Six Points Rye at Rock Bottom Arlington at 7pm and live music later that evening at Staccato in Adams Morgan and Whitlow's On Wilson in Arlington.

FMC: D.C. Policy Day
On Tuesday, April 12, the day after Six Points ends, the Future of Music Coalition will be holding a D.C. Policy Day, addressing "four emerging policy issues: Digital Audio Broadcasting & the Future of Radio; Low Power FM & Community Voices; Health Insurance and Musicians; Copyright in the Courts and Congress." This will take place at the Barbara Jordan Conference Center in Washington, D.C. More information is available here.
